This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to Reuters.

The technical groups of the three countries will prepare a written agreement on official plans for the creation of the hub within two months, in which all three countries will invest after six months of negotiations.

Kazakhstan's Ministry of Trade also noted that it intends to build roads and a railroad through Afghanistan to connect the country with South Asia and the Persian Gulf, with the new logistics center serving as an important transshipment point.

The first phase of the new logistics center is expected to have a capacity of one million tons of oil upon completion, but it is not yet known when it will become operational. At the same time, Afghanistan expects that in the future, millions of tons of Russian oil will be transported through this center to South Asia.
