Large-scale NATO military exercises begin in Sweden
NATO military exercises have begun in northern Sweden. The exercise will be used to practice support for U.S. forces.

Military columns several kilometers long will be moving in northern Sweden for several days. They will consist of about 200 military vehicles and 1600 soldiers.
The objective of the exercise will be to practice supporting American units. In particular, the Swedes will have to provide transportation and security on the way across the Atlantic Ocean to the northern part of Scandinavia.
It is worth noting that similar exercises were already held in Germany in 2015. Back then, the US intended to demonstrate that its military was back in Europe after a long break. The exercise was a response to Russia's invasion of Ukraine in 2014.
10 years have passed since the invasion. What was the point? What's the point now? We need to act, not show force.
