The Israeli army launches precision strikes on Hamas targets in Rafah

The Israeli army carried out precision strikes on Hamas militants' targets in the eastern part of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the Israeli army's Telegram and Haaretz.
The Israeli army called on civilians in the eastern part of Rafah to go to the humanitarian zone to receive first aid and shelter.
"Tonight, we are calling on those in specific areas that we have notified and communicated through all means - radio, media, internet, and leaflets - in eastern Rafah to move towards the expanded humanitarian zone in Al-Mawas and Khan Younis, where they will receive full humanitarian assistance and where they will be provided with water, food, medical equipment, and shelter," said IDF spokesman Daniel Hagari.
Israeli military cabinet member Benny Gantz also said that the military operation in Rafah is an integral part of the ongoing efforts to return the Israeli civilians abducted by Hamas. He also noted that every decision will be submitted to the military cabinet for consideration, and there will be no political considerations in them.
