The Pentagon reacts to Russia's upcoming nuclear exercises

Russia's plans to conduct nuclear exercises are another example of the Kremlin's irresponsible rhetoric.
This was stated by Pentagon spokesman Air Force Brigadier General Pat Ryder, RBC-Ukraine reports, citing Politico correspondent Lara Seligman on Twitter.
According to him, the United States has not observed any changes "in Russia's strategic power position" after Moscow announced exercises on the use of tactical nuclear weapons.
"This is an example of the irresponsible rhetoric we've seen from Russia in the past," Ryder added.
