The United States has already handed over small batches of the first military aid to Ukraine from the €1 billion package announced after Congress unblocked funding, but it could take months to deliver all the equipment.
This is according to a New York Times report based on testimony from more than a dozen officials from the United States and Europe.
The NYT claims that on April 28, Ukraine received a shipment of anti-tank missiles, shells, and 155mm artillery shells from the United States. A second shipment of these American weapons arrived on Monday, April 29.
