There was an explosion in Chernihiv. Air defense was working over the region.
This is reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to Suspilne.
“An explosion was heard in Chernihiv,” the report says.
The head of the Chernihiv City Military Administration, Dmytro Bryzhynskyi, noted in his Telegram that high-speed targets were observed flying over the region. Air defense systems were operating.
