This was stated by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, RBC-Ukraine reports citing MAMUL.

Pashinyan made the statement at a session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly in Yerevan.

"We have both good and bad news. The good news is that the basic principles of peace have been achieved," he said.

According to the Prime Minister, the bad news is that Armenia and Azerbaijan still "speak different diplomatic languages and often do not understand each other."

"Of course, there are objective reasons for this: a long-lasting conflict with a certain historical context, thousands of victims whose relatives find it difficult to look them in the eye, dozens of prisoners whose families have no answers to their questions, a decades-long atmosphere of hatred and suspicion that constructive statements hide bad intentions," Pashinyan added.
