Attack on Russian HQ in Sevastopol was adjusted by city residents

Residents of Sevastopol and partisans helped the Ukrainian military to attack the Russian Black Sea Fleet headquarters.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to ATES on Telegram.
"ATES and Sevastopol residents adjusted the strike on the Black Sea Fleet headquarters in Sevastopol," the military movement of Ukrainians and Crimean Tatars said in a statement.
The ATES clarified that they have been collecting information about Sevastopol's military facilities and air defense locations for a long time. This information helped the Ukrainian Armed Forces assess the situation and successfully strike the enemy headquarters.
The movement members also thanked the Russian Defense Ministry for delaying payments to the military, which "help to attract officers from the Russian Black Sea Fleet to cooperate."
