Biden to ask Congress for additional funding to help Ukraine today

On August 10, U.S. President Joe Biden will submit his request for additional assistance to Ukraine to the U.S. Congress.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the American edition of Politico.
Tomorrow, the Biden administration is expected to unveil its request for billions of dollars in additional funding for weapons and other assistance to Ukraine.
According to the publication's anonymous sources, this emergency funding request will also include aid to Taiwan and cash to replenish disaster relief, although the final authority for the specific funds requested rests with the White House Office of Management and Budget.
