Russian dictator Vladimir Putin will be invited to the G20 summit in Rio de Janeiro, but Brazil may arrest him under a warrant from the International Criminal Court.
This was stated by Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, RBC-Ukraine reports citing Terra.
He clarified that Putin will be invited to the G20 summit to be held next year in Rio de Janeiro, but he will have to "assess the consequences" of such a visit.
"If Putin comes to the G20 meeting in Brazil, he knows what can happen," Lula said.
