China unveiled its peace plan for Russia's war against Ukraine

China has published a so-called "peace plan" with its ideas on settling the war which Russia has unleashed against Ukraine.

This is reported citing the Chinese Foreign Ministry.

The proposed document includes 12 points:

  • Respecting the sovereignty of all countries;
  • Abandoning the "Cold War mentality."
  • Ceasing hostilities;
  • Resuming peace talks;
  • Resolving the humanitarian crisis;
  • Protecting civilians and prisoners of war ;
  • Keeping nuclear power plants safe;
  • Reducing strategic risks;
  • Facilitating grain exports;
  • Stopping “unilateral” sanctions;
  • Keeping industrial and supply chains stable;
  • Promoting post-conflict reconstruction.

It is reported that Wang I, advisor to the Chinese leader, announced China's "peace plan" on Ukraine at the Munich Security Conference, but did not disclose the details.

Later, Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba stressed that despite any proposed plan, Ukraine would continue to fight for its freedom.
