Dozens of people killed at tank range in Russia

Today, an explosion occurred in Kazan, Russia, and a fire broke out at a tank training ground. As we have already written, this was reported by local telegram channels in the afternoon.
Later, a video was posted online by a resident of Kazan, who said that his friends had confirmed the fact that shells had exploded at the training ground.
According to him, 30 people died immediately, and about 70 others were injured. Rescuers and medics are working at the scene.
