The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia advised its citizens not to travel to Russia without an absolute necessity and to avoid trips to the areas bordering with Ukraine.
ERR writes about it.
"In connection with Russia's military actions, we advise not to travel to Russia without extreme necessity and completely avoid travel to areas bordering Ukraine. We ask Estonian citizens temporarily staying in Russia to weigh the importance of their stay in Russia and return to Estonia if possible," the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
The Ministry reminds us that holders of dual citizenship - Estonian and Russian - must take into account that the Russian Federation considers them Russian citizens in Russia, and Estonia's ability to provide consular assistance is limited.
Estonian citizens can receive consular assistance only at the Estonian Embassy in Moscow.
