This is reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the Finnish state company Senaatti-kiinteistot.

"After the building is released from the use of the Consulate General, together with partners and the authorities, inspections related to the maintenance of the property, its technical condition and security will be carried out," the message reads.

The manager of the facility, Kai Eriksson, said that now that the facility is empty, it is possible to better map the technical condition of the building and possible repair needs.

"The future use of the building is currently being evaluated and a decision will be made in the fall. If no use is found for the site, it will be sold along with the building in accordance with the state's real estate strategy, and the associated capital will be directed to other needs of the state." - said the director of the Senate for real estate development and sales, Marko Harkonen.
