General Staff releases new figures on total losses of the Russian army

On the evening of May 27, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine released updated data on Russian army losses.

For example, the number of tanks destroyed decreased by five units, while other positions either increased slightly or remained unchanged. For example, there were three more airplanes shot down than it was thought (maybe they added the ones shot down over Russia?), and two more helicopters...

Starting tomorrow, new losses of the Russian fascist invaders will be added to the updated statistics.

The need to clarify the statistics on enemy losses arose due to the constant receipt of updated intelligence data. The new infographic reflects the adjusted figures, taking into account all the currently available clarifications for the period from February 24, 2022.

"Updates are always a minus and a plus," the General Staff noted and called for understanding of the updates.

The number of personnel losses has not changed and amounts to approximately 206,200 Russian servicemen.

Other updated figures are as follows:

• tanks - 3794 (-5);

• armored combat vehicles - 7449 (+7);

• artillery systems - 3414 (+8);

• MLRS - 574 (+2);

• air defense systems - 329;

• Aircraft - 313 (+3);

• helicopters - 298 (+2);

• UAVs of operational and tactical level - 2990 (+49);

• cruise missiles - 1036 (+31);

• ships/boats - 18;

• motor vehicles and tankers - 6183 (+11);

• special equipment - 449.
