Germany will receive the missiles worth $478 million to replace those it handed over to Ukraine.

According to the report, Denmark, the Netherlands, and Norway have agreed to participate in financing this purchase.

"Our customers are already realizing the benefits of integrated, multinational procurement of Patriot missiles through the NSPA, including affordability and a pre-negotiated contract structure that reduces procurement time," said Tom Laliberti, president of Raytheon's Land and Air Defense Systems business.

The GEM-T, a Patriot Advanced Capability 2 (PAC-2) missile interceptor enhanced to defeat tactical ballistic missiles, is the primary weapon of the battle-tested Patriot air and missile defense system.
