Head of the European Council addressed the Verkhovna Rada

On Thursday, the head of the European Council, Charles Michel, spoke at the Verkhovna Rada.
This was reported by several MPs on social networks, including Yaroslav Zheleznyak.
During Michel's speech, heads and representatives of diplomatic missions of the EU member states were present in the hall.
According to Zheleznyak, in his speech, Michel said that he "came to tell you: today we are all Ukrainians!".
He expressed confidence that Ukraine will win the war because of its spirit and the EU will support it. "Ukraine is the EU and the EU is Ukraine. And we will be together!" the MP quoted Michel as saying.
"My dear Ukrainian brothers and sisters, you chose to join our union. You are paying a great price for it. And we will never forget it... There can be no free Europe without a free Ukraine," Michel also said, according to MP Zhelezniak.
