On Monday evening, the Russian army launched an air strike on Avdiivka in the Donetsk region, hitting a five-story building. There were no casualties.
This was reported on Facebook by the acting head of the regional military administration Igor Moroz, Ukrinform reports.
"Russians destroyed another house in Avdiivka. Tonight they launched an air strike on the city - they hit a five-story building. According to preliminary information, no one was injured. The building is now virtually uninhabitable, as is the whole of Avdiivka," wrote the head of the region.
He noted that the consequences of this attack have been thoroughly documented, as this evidence will sooner or later be used against Russia in an international tribunal.
Donetsk region and Avdiivka in particular are constantly under fire from Russian troops, the enemy kills and injures civilians every day, destroys residential and administrative buildings, various civilian infrastructure facilities in the region.
