Residents of the occupied village of Zolote-2 in the Luhansk region live without heating, electricity, and water. The video, filmed by separatists, was posted by the Telegram channel Tribune. Vostok Telegram channel on January 18.
"There is no electricity or water," says a local resident.
According to him, the temperature in the apartment dropped to -3°C.
"All day long, four burners are working, plus six, and in the evening I threw four bottles of hot water into the bed, hugged myself and slept until the morning," the man said.
