Infrastructure facilities in Chernihiv and Zhytomyr regions suffer damage

Chernihiv and Zhytomyr regions were attacked by kamikaze drones on the night of August 14. Infrastructure facilities came under attack.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine, citing the Telegram channels of Vyacheslav Chaus, head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, and Vitaliy Bunechko, head of the Zhytomyr Regional Military Administration, on Telegram.

According to Chaus, in Chernivtsi region, enemy "Shakhty" attacked the Nizhyn district at night. They hit an infrastructure facility. There were no casualties.

In Zhytomyr region, three kamikaze drones were destroyed at night. One of the infrastructure facilities was hit.

Private buildings were also damaged by the debris. There were no casualties or injuries.

"The consequences of the air attack have been localized by special services," said the head of the Zhytomyr Regional Military Administration.
