Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba commented on another missile attack on Ukraine, which Russia launched on the day of South African President Cyril Ramaphosa's visit to Kyiv.
Kuleba wrote about this on Twitter.
The minister noted that on the afternoon of June 16, Russia launched the largest missile attack on the Ukrainian capital in recent weeks.
"Putin is 'building trust' by launching the largest missile attack on Kyiv in recent weeks, precisely during the visit of African leaders to our capital," he said.
Kuleba added that with this attack, Kremlin leader Vladimir Putin is sending a "message" to African countries.
"Russian missiles are a message to Africa: Russia wants war, not peace," the Foreign Minister emphasized.
