Lubinets and Moskalkova agreed to exchange prisoners of war

Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets and Russian Ombudsman Tatyana Moskalkova agreed to exchange prisoners during a meeting in Turkey. It is reported by Sky News.
According to the publication, the meeting was held in a hotel in Ankara.
"During the negotiations, which lasted 40 minutes, the parties agreed to exchange 40 prisoners of war," - the statement reads.
It is also noted that the details are still unknown.
