Macron says it's time to end the war in Gaza

French President Emmanuel Macron has said that it is time to end the war amid expectations of some kind of outcome to the talks between Israel and Hamas.
He published a short statement on his X (Twitter).
Macron expressed Paris's full support for the representatives of the United States, Egypt, and Qatar involved in the negotiations between the two sides.
"The war in Gaza must end. This should be obvious to everyone. This is very important for the people of Gaza, for the hostages, and for the stability of the region," the French president said.
