Moldova summoned the Russian ambassador because of the blackout

The Moldovan Foreign Ministry summoned the Russian ambassador to give explanations in connection with the power outage after the Russian attacks on the energy infrastructure of Ukraine.
This was announced by Moldovan Foreign Minister Nicu Popescu.
Popescu noted on his Twitter that Russia's attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure have once again left Moldova in the dark. He said massive power outages are taking place across the country, including Chisinau and the Moldovan Foreign Ministry building.
"I instructed to summon the Russian ambassador for explanations," Popescu reported.
