Defense Ministers of Russia and Belarus have signed a document on the deployment of Russian tactical nuclear weapons in Belarus.
This was reported by Reuters.
Russian media also reported that Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said the West was waging an "undeclared war" against Russia and Belarus.
Russia and Belarus, who are close allies in the war against Ukraine, agreed earlier this year to place part of Moscow's tactical nuclear arsenal in Belarus.
Russian President Vladimir Putin announced plans to deploy tactical nuclear weapons in Belarus for the first time. He said the storage facilities would be built by July 1.
In April, Russia held exercises for the Belarusian military on how to handle tactical nuclear warheads for Iskander short-range missiles.
