According to the National Resistance Center, looted Ukrainian grain from the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions is shipped through Crimean ports to African markets. The occupiers also use Mariupol for illegal grain exports. From there, the grain is transported by truck to Novoazovsk and Rostov-on-Don.

Under the guise of market relations, the Ukrainian harvest in the occupied territories is bought for a penny. Farms in the TOT were forced by the occupiers to sell wheat at set prices, which are much lower than market prices.
