They hit the places that are the most difficult to restore. There is a substation near Kyiv, which has already been destroyed 7 times as a result of shelling. The people who are restoring it are just working and do not know if it will arrive,

Now Ukrainians complain that the power is turned off not according to the schedule. However, the minister's adviser noted that the enemy launches missiles not on the schedule. Therefore, such situations arise. Employees have to transfer all the voltage to backup lines that are not designed for it.

In addition, people are constantly returning to Kyiv, so the number of people who consume electricity is increasing. In recent weeks, 250 thousand of residents have arrived in the capital. In total, more than 3 million people now live in the capital.
