Pentagon reveals details of new $625 million aid package for Ukraine
The U.S. Defense Department has clarified what exactly is included in the $625 million package of military aid to Ukraine, the allocation of which was announced on Tuesday.

In addition to the already mentioned four highly mobile artillery rocket systems (HIMARS) and ammunition for them, the package contains 16 howitzers of 155 mm caliber and 75 thousand artillery shells for them, 500 high-precision 155 mm shells and 1000 shells of the same caliber for remote anti-tank mine systems.
The US military aid package also includes 16 howitzers of 105 mm caliber, 30 thousand mortar rounds of 120 mm caliber, 200 MaxxPro armored vehicles, 200 thousand rounds of small arms ammunition, barrage equipment, Claymore antipersonnel ammunition, and field equipment.
