On Monday, the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of Poland Mariusz Kaminski signed an order to suspend freight traffic for Russian and Belarusian vehicles across the border of Belarus from June 1.
This is reported by PAP.
The decision stipulates that "until a special order" Poland will not allow trucks, truck tractors, trailers, and semi-trailers registered in Belarus and Russia to cross the border.
After the closure of the Bobroviki border crossing, the Belarusian regime imposed restrictions that prevent Polish carriers from using border crossings on the Belarusian border with Lithuania and Latvia.
Among other things, their vehicles are cleared for customs only at the Kukuryki - Kozlovichi border crossing with a terminal in Koroszczyn, the only Polish-Belarusian truck crossing currently open.
