Russian troops fired 27 times at the border of the Sumy region on Monday, June 5.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the press service of the Sumy Regional Military Administration.
"During the day, the Russians made 27 attacks. 94 explosions were recorded. Bilopilska, Velykopysarivska, Druzhbivska, Krasnopilska, Miropilska, Novoslobidska, Shalyhinska, Khotynska communities were shelled," the statement said.
In particular, as a result of one of the attacks on the Velykopysarivska community, an administrative building and a power line were damaged. Also, the power grid of the Krasnopilsk community was damaged by mortar fire.
The enemy also dropped eight mines on the territory of the Myropilsk community.
