At the same time, he noted that Russian President Vladimir Putin "cannot seize the territory of Ukraine".

"Perhaps we will discuss Crimea. But about the fact that he (Putin - ed.) still invaded, he must think. Zelensky can't want everything either. The world needs peace... We must find a solution," said the president of Brazil.

It is worth noting that according to the Office of Ukrainian President, Ukraine will not agree to any territorial compromises and this also applies to the issue of the Crimea.

It was previously reported that Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva intends to offer China to create a so-called "peace club" to end the war in Ukraine. He will allegedly discuss this during a meeting in Beijing with Xi Jinping.
