Racists hit a cultural center in the Chernihiv region with a rocket

On Friday, July 21, the Russians launched a missile attack on the Chernihiv region and targeted the cultural center. This was reported by the "North" Operational Command.
"As a result of a rocket attack on Chernihiv Oblast, the building of the local cultural center was damaged in one of the populated areas of the region," the message reads.
According to preliminary information, there are no victims. Other information about the consequences of shelling is being clarified.
The head of Chernihiv OVA Vyacheslav Chaus announced that the enemy is attacking the region with missiles. He urged residents to stay in shelters.
