This is stated in a statement on the website of the Ministry of Defense.

At a meeting of the Ukrainian Defense Contact Group (UDCG), the defense ministers of Ukraine, Estonia, and Luxembourg held a kick-off meeting of the new coalition within the Ramstein format.

"The task of the IT Coalition is to provide a secure and resilient IT infrastructure for the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the Defense Forces, which will allow Ukraine to be more effective on the battlefield. We are grateful to Estonia and Luxembourg for their leadership in promoting this initiative. I would also like to thank Belgium, Denmark, Lithuania, and Latvia for joining our efforts, as well as the Minister of Defense of Luxembourg for announcing the first contribution to the IT Coalition," said the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umerov.

A total of 20 countries took part in the kick-off event. Belgium, Denmark, Lithuania, and Latvia have already joined the initiative by signing a Declaration of Intent along with Ukraine, Estonia, and Luxembourg, the ministry added.
