Russia attacked Ukraine with Shaheds: an oil depot was destroyed

On the night of August 10, Russian troops attacked Ukraine again with Shahed kamikaze drones. Air defense forces shot down most of the enemy drones, but there was a hit on an oil depot in Rivne region.

This was reported by Vitaliy Koval, head of the Rivne Regional Military Administration.

"At night, Rivne region suffered a massive attack by drones. Unfortunately, an oil depot in Dubno district was destroyed. There were no casualties. 45 rescuers and 14 vehicles are working at the scene. A fire train is involved," the official said.

According to him, all relevant investigative commissions headed by the heads of the region's law enforcement agencies are working at the site of the enemy attack.

The head of the administration also emphasized that the chemical and radiation background at the site of the strike remains normal. No evacuation of the population will be required.

Meanwhile, according to the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, the enemy attacked the region again at night with UAVs. The air raid lasted more than three hours. Air defense was operating in the region.

No hits were reported, and there were no casualties. According to preliminary information, no debris fell. Operational teams continue to work to identify possible damage.
