Russia could resume using North Korean KN-23 missiles

The Russian Federation (RF) may have recently resumed using North Korean KN-23 ballistic missiles against Ukraine.

Earlier this year, Washington announced that the Russian Federation had received ballistic missiles from its "partner" North Korea. White House Chief of Staff Joe Biden noted that the missiles had already been used in strikes against Ukraine before.

The use of North Korean missiles by Russian terrorists was also confirmed by the United Nations (UN).
