Russian occupants shelled critical infrastructure facilities in the Kherson region. Houses, a gas pipeline, and a car were also hit.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin on Telegram.
Over the past day, at least 15 settlements in the Kherson region, including the city of Kherson, came under enemy fire and air strikes.
The Russian invaders attacked critical infrastructure, administrative buildings, and residential areas, including 16 private houses. According to the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, the occupiers damaged a gas pipeline, outbuildings, garages, cars, a rescue vehicle, and agricultural machinery.
As a result of the Russian attacks, one person died and 13 others were injured, including a child.
Prokudin noted that on the night of August 15, air defense forces destroyed eight Shaheds in Kherson region.
