Russian troops launched an offensive in the Kupyansk direction
Putin's army has launched an offensive in the direction of Kupyansk. Colonel General Oleksandr Syrsky provided some details about this.
According to NBN, during his interview with the Military Media Center, the commander of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said that the operational situation on the eastern front remains quite difficult.
Thus, he noted that the enemy forces, aiming to stop the offensive of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the area of Bakhmut, began to actively deploy additional assets and forces in this direction. They are based on airborne troops.
In addition, as Syrsky added, the enemy forces also launched an offensive in the Kupyansk direction. They have set themselves the goal of defeating the Defense Forces in the Kupyansk area, as well as continuing the offensive deep into the Ukrainian military formations.
