Russians attack the Nikopol district: there are victims

During the day on April 16, Russian occupation forces fired twice at the Nikopol district of the Dnipro region. This was reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovs'k Regional Military Administration Serhiy Lysak on Telegram.
"Hold on, long-suffering Nikopol region. The enemy opened fire twice during the day. They launched almost a dozen shells from heavy artillery. According to the updated information, in addition to Nikopol, the Chervonohryhorivska community came under fire. Rescuers are inspecting the area of the "arrivals". They are investigating the consequences," he noted.
According to the head of Nikopol district Yevhen Yevtushenko, two civilians were injured in the shelling.
"The wounded man, born in 1965, received outpatient medical care. The hospitalized woman, born in 1984, was provided with the necessary medical care, her condition is stable," he wrote in Telegram.-
He added that the enemy shelling damaged the church, five private houses, four outbuildings, two cars, and power lines. One outbuilding was destroyed.
