On September 6, Russian troops attacked Kostyantynivka in the Donetsk region. The enemy used the S-300 system to shell the market.
This was reported to RBC-Ukraine by the press service of the Security Service of Ukraine.
According to the investigation, the occupiers attacked the market in Kostiantynivka with an S-300 system, as evidenced, in particular, by the identified missile fragments recovered at the scene of the tragedy.
The investigation is also examining a number of other materials that point to the enemy's involvement in this shelling.
Currently, the pre-trial investigation is ongoing, and a number of examinations have been ordered to establish all the circumstances of this war crime.
The investigation is conducted under Article 438 of the Criminal Code (violation of the laws and customs of war).
