On August 8, Russians shelled Kostyantynivka, Donetsk region. People were killed.
This was stated by the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration Vadym Filashkin, RBC-Ukraine reports citing his Telegram.
"Two people died as a result of the shelling of Kostyantynivka," he said.
The occupants targeted the private sector. According to preliminary information, the enemy used artillery.
