Sandu: we must help Ukraine win the war

Moldovan President Maia Sandu, on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos, called to help Ukraine win a war against Russia.

Sandu urged countries to help Ukraine win, otherwise, she said, each of us will be in danger.
"We believe in democracy, we value democracy, we want to be part of the free world, and the only solution is to unite. Yes, it is difficult, but we must help Ukraine win this war because otherwise every one of us will be in danger... We don't see Russia as a democratic country in the near future, which means the danger remains," Sandu said.
She also spoke about the energy crisis faced by Moldova.
Sandu stressed that Moldova is coping with the challenges, in particular, thanks to the huge assistance we received from the European Union and partners.
