Security measures introduced in the border zone in the Sumy region

Security measures have been introduced in the five-kilometer zone in the border areas of the Sumy region.
The relevant order was signed by the head of the Sumy Regional State Administration Volodymyr Artyukh, the Telegram channel of the Sumy Regional State Administration reports.
"From now on, the departure of repair and restoration teams and agricultural workers to the 5-kilometer zone is subject to the approval of the military command and local authorities. In addition, the brigades must be provided with personal protective equipment (bulletproof vests, helmets), individual medical kits at the expense of the relevant enterprises, institutions and organizations," the statement said.
The military must provide escort and cover for the brigades' employees during the work.
