The U.S. supplied 100 units of BMPs. They were handed over to the 47th MPA "Magura". In June, the brigade began actively using American armored vehicles on the front lines. After a month of battles, the soldiers of the brigade told the journalists of Radio "Liberty" about the strong points of BMP.

According to fighter Dmytro, if the brigade had used Soviet BMPs in the Zaporizhzhya direction, it would have simply ceased to exist. The soldier confessed that he had a chance to experience firsthand the explosion of an armored vehicle on an anti-tank mine. At the moment of hitting the mine, Dmitry was inside the BMP.

Moreover, the armor of Bradley withstood the hit of cumulative shell in the turret. The enemy fired a direct hit. Meanwhile, only the triplex was damaged. Not a single crew member of the armored vehicle was injured.

The military stressed that the anti-tank mines of BMP Bradley had been hit countless times. The maximum that happened to them was damage to the rollers and tearing of the track. No harm to the crew was caused by the mine detonation.
