The enemy army fired incendiary shells at the Gulyaypil community of Zaporizhzhia region.
An Ukrinform correspondent reports from the scene.
"We are holding incendiary shells flying from the side of the occupiers, with which they are shelling the civilian population, in particular the villages of Zaliznychne, Gulyaypole and other settlements. The use of such ammunition is prohibited. They cannot be extinguished with water. When they hit the ground, everything catches fire," the serviceman with the call sign "Ariets" commented.
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine tweeted that last night a peaceful Ukrainian village was shelled with incendiary shells.
"This is a violation of Protocol III of the Convention on Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Certain Conventional Weapons," the post reads.-
