Currently, the last power unit of the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant continues to be in a state of "hot shutdown", which poses an "increased danger", said Andriy Yusov, a representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, during a telethon.

He reminded that the DIU had published a map of minefields placed by the Russian occupiers on the territory of the ZNPP.

"On the one hand, this is a "hello" to all the "doves of peace" who say abroad that they see no problems in the actions of the occupiers. On the other hand, it is a signal to the occupiers themselves that Ukrainians see everything for sure. In fact, the Nazis have already reacted to the publication of this information, and representatives of the Russian Guard immediately went there to make appropriate adjustments," Yusov noted.

He explained that this map shows only at the level of minefields what is happening at the station. According to him, the entire territory of the plant is currently mined. In addition, there are separate mines, separate equipment, and trucks with explosives.

Yusov emphasized that the process of mining continues.

"As long as the facility is in the hands of the occupiers, the danger remains. But with incredible efforts, Ukraine, the Security and Defense Sector, our diplomacy, military and political leadership are taking public and non-public measures to influence the reduction of the level of danger," the DIU representative noted.
