The next peace talks on Ukraine may be held at the G20 summit in India
The next round of peace talks on Ukraine may take place at the G20 summit in India in September.
A French diplomat told the publication that the next round of talks will take place before the G-20 summit in New Delhi in September.
According to him, none of the countries of the Global South participating in the negotiations demanded Russia's presence at the next talks on Ukraine. However, the head of the Brazilian delegation, Celso Amorim, said that the peace process should include Russia "in one form or another."
Yesterday and today, Saudi Arabia hosted a meeting at the level of national security advisors and political directors on key principles of peace based on the Peace Formula of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy. This formula envisages the organization of a Global Peace Summit with world leaders to implement the Formula.
Participants of the summit in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, who were to discuss Ukraine, agreed to create a working group to discuss a plan to resolve the Ukrainian-Russian war proposed by Kyiv.
