The mayor of Melitopol, Ivan Fedorov, told this story.

The invaders block and limit the exit from the temporarily occupied territory.

This morning they let about 100 cars to the last checkpoint. And people were crying with happiness that they could be in Zaporozhye. But right at the "plate" they were turned around and told that Saturday and Sunday are the day off, - shared the stories of eyewitnesses Fedorov.

People wait for their turn to leave the occupied territory for 10 days at a time.

Normally, 1,000-1,500 people a day used to leave the occupied territories. Now, the Russian military has established new rules: a special "pass" from the military commandant's office is required for passage.

The Russian invaders require applications to leave the occupied territory. They need to include all personal information about themselves and all their relatives, as well as political views, criminal record, all relatives living in Ukraine and more. It takes an average of 7-10 days to review such applications.
