Two more people returned from the occupied Luhansk region

Two people from the Luhansk region temporarily occupied by Russia have been returned to the territory controlled by Ukraine.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the press service of the Ministry for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine.

According to the ministry, a girl recently turned to one of the public organizations with a request to help evacuate her mother and brother from the temporarily occupied Luhansk region. They could not leave on their own.

The girl lives in Kharkiv region and has not seen her family for more than two years. The mother, sister and brother are safe in the government-controlled territory.

Representatives of the Ministry of Reintegration in cooperation with the Ukrainian Child Rights Network, Pluriton NGO and the volunteer organization "Helping to Leave" joined the family's return.
