Feb 24, 2023

The permanent representatives of the member states of the European Union in Brussels again failed to agree on the tenth package of sanctions against Russia on Friday, the day when the restrictions should have already come into force.

This is reported by Reuters citing sources.

Negotiations have been stuck on the issue of rubber trade with Russia for the third day in a row. Poland reportedly rejected Italy's demand to ease new restrictions on rubber imports.
