Ukraine expects new support packages next week

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy thanked Germany and Lithuania for new defense and security support packages for Ukraine.

He said this in his address, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"This week I thank Germany and Lithuania for new defense and security support packages for us, for our soldiers. We expect new decisions next week - new packages. We are working to ensure that our defense industry has even more achievements and opportunities," he said.

According to the President, there are results and everyone can see them.

"And these are fair results, the right ones that show the aggressor state what its aggression is, not on TV, but in the places where this war came to Ukraine, the region, the world. Anyone who brings problems to others should feel what problems are. And I thank the Security Service of Ukraine, our Navy, and every soldier who restores justice and teaches Russia to suffer losses," Zelenskyy said.

The Head of State expressed confidence that Ukraine, the world, and the truth will win this war.

"The main thing is that all of us in Ukraine and everyone in the world who values normal life should work 100 percent without any interruption for the sake of victory. Our unity, our ability to build up our strength, as well as the ability to return the war to where it came from, is what Russia needs most," he said.
